Inconsistent opening times, here at 9, but still not open. This is the case on most days. Best to arrive after 9.30 to ensure the shop has opened.

AVOID!!! Disgusting customer service. I send yodel packages from this store and the woman who works there mess up my parcels, first scans all the codes, then prints all the labels, and finally sticks them on the packages. several times already she puts the wrong labels on packages, then my customers get the wrong items and I have to waste my time and my money to fix the unprofessional work of this woman. Shane! I won't use this shop anymore!

8.25 and they?re still not open. Also wouldn?t accept my yodel parcel on a weekend, which is the reason I was hanging around outside for 25mins hoping they?d open during their opening hours

Unfortunately 3 of my parcels have not been at the shop? I?ve had the collection code but when I visit the shop, the lady scans the code but says they have been collected. Not by me they haven?t. She doesn?t even offer to look, just says they have been picked up. I will not use this shop anymore due to this. Safer to use the BP petrol station lockers on haverstock hill. Less likely to not get lost. So annoying and frustrating!
