We enjoyed eating Nando?s, but Nando?s Swiss Cottage in Finchley Road we are disappointed to their service not friendly staff. They served chicken not properly cooked. People get sick, they should be serious to their service. They don?t even ask the costumers if the food they served is ok or not..! We are not going back again in that branch of Nando?s..! Very very disappointed? Nondo?s you should train all the staff there look like they are not serious to their work.

My worst experience ever at a restaurant! I was served chicken that was still raw and when I spoke to the staff I was assured that it wasn?t raw and it was safe to eat despite it looking like this for a boneless piece. I was not offered a refund and I ended up having to go to hospital where I was diagnosed with food poisoning and dehydration.
Avoid at all costs!

This relates to a Nandos order we got today from this store, via Deliveroo. While I appreciate the main fault is with Deliveroo?s handling, the store did forget to send an item, and then their partner botched the customer experience. To the store, consider unlisting from Deliveroo.
The story is, Ordered a meal and a bottle of coke. The bottle never arrived. Thought it would be a simple refund for a genuine mistake. Nop, deliveroo decided that we should pay for it anyway, as documented below. Very poor service and reflects badly on both the provider and the restaurant as now I am unlikely to use either for delivery.

Restaurant is nicely laid out, with good decor and comfy seats. Reasonable vegan options, and food is tasty. I had the spicy rice bowl with the pea protein strips and it tasted fresh and full of flavour. Portions are generous. Nice service. Convenient for meals before or after a film, cinema is just upstairs.

Bought chicken livers and it looked and tasted rubbery. Worst I?ve had, might have been stored for very long time. I was very disappointed as it?s one of my favourite dishes

Great service from the team, even though the restaurant was going through lunch time 'rush hour'. Manager was very helpful and friendly which made it all worth the wait. Chicken wings and garlic bread were delicious.
