We just arrived from Argentina and it was our very first time in London and at a McDonald?s here. We were feeling a bit lost, but Mary the manager, was so kind and welcoming. She made us feel right at home. Thank you for the lovely service!

Ordered a plain hamburger. Just the bun and meat. When I got home the added ketchup and mosterd, the filet o fish came with out the cheese and the chicken nuggets looked like they were reheated.

DO NOT COME! I?m updating this comment as some new unacceptable thing just happened in this restaurant. Today my friend ordered breakfast here and got it late for a while. The staff said she had to change it as the food got cold, and next time she will charge her for the late collection. Firstly, we never asked you to change the cold food for us; secondly, I?d like to know based on what condition can McDonald charge its customers for being late to collect, can you show me the document? And saying this with an extremely impatient, impolite and unprofessional attitude is just awful. We?ve visited more than 80 McDonald restaurants all around the world for over 1000 times and never have we had such terrible experience with this world famous brand! Below is my original comment:
As a McDonald lover living nearby honestly I go to this restaurant at least twice a week. Sadly hardly had one here that would spend even a little bit of their extra time dealing with any kinds of special requirements of customers. Most of the service can already be replaced by robots which do not even need to be an AI and the service quality won?t have an actual difference, because even one or two of them tried to be nice which I won?t deny, more of them simply take your order and give you the food and would get impatient if you ask about anything else. But you know this fast food is not what makes McDonald one of the largest and most popular brand in the world.

I ordered one cheesy bacon bread on the app and I arrived this McDonald around 15min later. The waitress ( I guess she?s the manager) was so rude and said that next time we will charge you and she?s so angry. I feel like??????????? That?s how McDonald trained staff?

Five stars for service. On 16/05/2025 I clumsily knocked my tea off the table. It spread over the floor. Members of staff then quickly helped me wipe the table, and another customer (a stranger) offered me a tea. I declined it but an assistant brought me one. I was grateful to both of them. Finally the manager prepared an accident report. I told him no one, including me, had been harmed but he said a report was required. Many thanks and apologies.
