Worst KFC ever went to! Never again!
Do not go!!
Today, me and a group of friends went to this KFC restaurant. We ordered 14 pieces baskets for share, and we were shocked by the size of the pieces they provided.
Look at how small the pieces is!
We paid a full size! Not a mini piece!
You charged your customer a full price for 1 piece and only provide a mini piece?? We took a picture to compare the normal size piece next to it. You telling me that is normal size? Why lie to your customer about size!? Shall we call you Budget KFC?
I then went to the counter asked kindly to provide a small one to make the difference, the lady said: oh, you paid for a 1 piece, that is the one full piece you will get. I paid for a full size you fraud! Not a mini size! How dare you lie about the size!?
Worst KFC I have ever been to!

The restroom was filthy and poorly maintained. There was a bad odor, no soap, and the hand dryer was broken. KFC needs to put more effort into keeping their restrooms clean and functional. Disappointing experience overall.

I visit at swiss cottage store 05/02/25 at 15.00pm I ask sweetcorn instead drink. Girl give to me sauce. Then I go back from my work I just ask just give me sweetcorn. And take sauce back. She given me but first she started arguing. I didn't ask any money back didn't ask anything extra. But she still told me shut-up. When I come back to my work place. My burger was cold because I walk twice. I feel very insulated this Asian girl with head scaff was to rude. Told me shut-up and very poor coustomer service. I request to Management please chek cctv and take valid action on this girl. Thank you

Just now we bought 3 chicken wings , but it?s really tiny tiny pieces. I would not recommend anyone. Wish close or further action from upper management to check what?s going on this KFC .

Unfortunately, the breadcrumbs on the chicken were very black, I think it was from the oil, and it had an unpleasant oil smell. If the oil is changed regularly, this problem will most likely be solved.

A true 3 out of 5. Neither good, not bad. Not happy nor sad. The middle of the road. You eat and it's fine - it leaves the feeling that once every year is enough for KFC. Maybe that's how it's meant to be now.

I just had my dinner tonight at the KFC which is located in Swiss Cottage and the service was awful even the manager by himself was rude to me when I wanted extra dip. Service I really don?t like it by myself and will never go to this one. Never and ever again!!!

Today, I visited KFC at Swiss Cottage on Finchley Road and ordered 10 chicken wings. Out of the 10 wings, three had an unusually large number of feathers on them, making them unpleasant to eat. I showed this to the manager, who said they would replace them but requested that I not tell anyone.
I have never experienced such an issue at any other KFC location. The staff and manager at this branch were extremely unprofessional and displayed poor customer service. They were dismissive and seemed more focused on hiding the issue than resolving it properly. This was a disappointing experience, and I hope KFC takes notice of this branch's management and service standards.

Dirty frost bitten Halal food. Why do you cook meat frozen? It is all black inside with Halal poisoning.
