Fantastic service! But GBK isnt what itcused to be! I didnt realise it had be bought out - I used to love the huge array of creative and different burgers they had - now theres only a couple of variants on each. Was average food.
Service was fabulous though.

The place is nice, and the staff are very professional. However, the burger itself is quite ordinary. Nothing particularly special. In fact, it feels a bit overpriced and rather small for £11.
On a positive note, the fries are very good.

Ordered two panko chicken burgers with american cheese and avocado on both.
What we got were two BEEF BURBERS WITH CHEESE. Not even any avocado.
And the order was COLD.

I rarely leave a 1 star review but the service was appalling.
We had booked a table for 4 people and we waited at the restaurant entrance for several minutes and nobody greeted us, attempted to seat us or made eye contact.
A group in front of us were also waiting, they gave up waiting (but had not booked) and sat down at a dirty table because nobody had seated them.
By the time we got someone?s attention, they realised they had not actually managed the seating that evening and there were now no tables available to seat a group of 4 people. this was despite the fact we?d actually made a booking.
After waiting for 15 minutes after arrival we gave up and went elsewhere

This place has been driven into the ground! The menu is half of what it used to be but also it was the saddest burger I've ever seen. Absolutely nothing gourmet about it! A thin strip of chicken, a stale bun, no nice fillings without paying extra. I was still hungry afterwards and Im a girl so that really explains how small it was. No wonder we were the only people there on a Saturday evening. Check out the photo, I have small hands, it was tiny!
