Placed an order via the app and it arrived 25 minutes after the app marked it as delivered. Called the restaurant a couple of times and the answer was always ?it?s on its way? or ?it is raining?? neither an explanation nor an excuse. Food arrived late and cold without an apology.

I called several times no answer then a guy answered the call and said order online. I said ive called to order. He was rude and said okay what do u want it will he 45 minutes for collection. Then he said i dont know when u can come collect i am alone here and just very rude

Good morning owners, yesterday i experienced an issue with a customer who i believe was called Rania. She was shouting loudly at me for speaking to an employee collecting pizza and she explicitly told me to leave after I collected my food, Overall the service was brilliant and other than that mishap, the store is a 5*Dietary restrictions: didn't find many halal options astafirallah
