they sell one piece of chicken plus a piece of bone with breading and a symbolic amount of meat as two. all of it is over salted, the chicken is not the freshest. The staff also makes you wait and does not know the words please and thank you.lf you are very hungry it is edible definitely not the first choice

The food was good, because I eat food if it ?looks appetising?. The fried chicken was fine, but the grilled chicken is not that upto the expectation as it used to be. Would not prefer to visit here anytime soon.

Went to order food was on a day out trip soo bad service kinda left me with nothing as I ordered and asked if food can be prepared the staff who spoke to me said will be 3-4 mins then another man came after 5mins said you haven't paid I said I thought I was supposed to pay at end as the other staff never asked for money at beginning he made a face and said well we not going to give it for free I said ask him as he was behind explaining I already ordered and he said why should I he was soo rude other customers left and I left went to lovely place with great service. I myself always bring customers 1st what RUDE staff the manager needs to see to who's running this place as they are the face of this company then we complain why we don't have success. Bad bad service

The food was bad.
I saw the waiters collect used served trays and pile them in the ones used for serving without even changing the paper where the food is kept.
We ordered burger which was stale.
Worse part, I ordered a grilled combo and they refused me to give the side on it. On arguing for the same, they gave me an option of choosing a sauce and I chose garlic mayo.
I felt the staff there are taking food for them selves.

At the Finchley branch, there was a worker who was unable to understand my order. When I received my order, I politely asked him to change the bun of my chicken burger as it didn?t look fresh to me. He started to argue and said he would not change it. He told me that I don't know English and that if I can't speak English, I should use another language.Who is he to tell me about the language I should speak? His behavior was racist, to be honest. He was so rude and loud, it seemed like he wanted to start a fight. I was with my family. Kindly avoid this place, especially if you are with your family.
