I went to have a late lunch with my daughter on the 19th December. The waitress didn?t write down our order and completely forgot my main course. I tried several times to call any waitress and was completely ignored. Finally someone came to talk to us. I explained the situation and asked for the bill which came with my main course on it. An absurd. No one came to apologise. Looked like they were making me a favour. I definitely don?t recommend this place.

Early evening meal not busy, given choice of table for a party of 7. Good choice of food and drinks. Allowed to pay separately each of 7 people. Had pre drinks outside too.

Amazing food. We had pasta and as it was suggested by kuldeep, who was an amazing person. He helped us and his positive attitude made our dinner special and memorable.

Staff could not be any better, each and every one. Kuldeep and the manager, whose name I did not get, are so kind and accommodating. Our dishes, veganese spaghetti and chicken Milanese, were both good. The pizza looked delicious and we plan to try it during our stay in the hotel. The atmosphere is the only area with need for improvement. A re-design and brightening of the room would greatly enhance the dining experience. Overall we enjoyed our dinner and will be back.

Great Food and Coffee! Ideal place for a quick meeting. The staff is very welcoming, especially Mr. Kuldeep, a very polite and accommodating guy :)

Carliccio?s is a good place to visit. We had English breakfast here along with kids. Their pan cakes steals the show and is like a cherry on top. My kids loved it. They slso have fresh fruits served and amazing croissants. There are many delicacies to be tried here thar your kids will love it.

Vegetarian options: There are almost no options for vegetarians when it comes to live counter. Please consider this when Indians visit.

Staying at the hotel, the timing is incorrect. They shut at 10. Won?t take an order for In-room dining at 10.31PM, literally a minute late after the front desk informed me that I can place an order before 11PM. Disappointing. Could?ve easily accommodated a basic request.
Hospitality at its finest.

Took a birthday party of 20 ten year olds to Carluccios in Swiss cottage Marrriot and they looked after us fantastically . Kuldeep and the team could not have been more attentive and accommodating, and the food was fantastic too for kids and adults alike.Place itself is beautiful with impressive vaulted ceilings - but it was the staff that made it a truly great experience of us . Thank you Kuldeep and team

My review is for the buffet breakfast and lunch, we stayed eight nights here, prepaid for breakfast and made it down three times. The time zone difference caused us to miss a few mornings. The buffet was simple but offered sufficient choices for our family even my little picky eaters. There is unlimited tea and coffee during the breakfast hours, fresh fruits, and made to order omelets. We ordered lunch one day; the fries are hot and delicious. The grill chicken breast sandwich was too large, and I felt back wasting half of it.

As the reviews suggest, this branch has always been hit and miss. I dined here yesterday and it was more positive. Service has definitely improved. Very good. All staff were friendly, attentive and nice. They were also really on the ball with allergies. I was asked a few times so at least they take it seriously. Nice menu of pasta, salads, pizza, desserts and more. They also offer breakfast earlier in the day. I had the beef ragu pappardelle which was braised beef slow cooked in red wine, black olives and herbs. This was served with pappardelle pasta. It came out really quick so I am not convinced on how freshly made it was. Tasted nice but not amazing. Some of the cuts of beef were fatty. Hearty pasta dish. I don't believe the calories displayed on the menu were correct. The lemon sorbet served with a Lingue di Gatto biscuit was badly presented and thrown into a plate. Almost as if I was at home! I could have done a better job myself. The sorbet was nice and refreshing in the heat. They give three scoops. Nice restaurant. Very big but tables are nicely spaced so it never feels crowded. Lovely in the evening especially with the dim lighting. Always busy given the location in the hotel. Many non-guests tend to dine here too. Generally good but always very hit and miss!

First dish Lasagne, dried out and cold, got another one exactly the same, the waiter did his best to resolve but the Manager was notified and could not be bothered to come and see me, a friend sitting on another table was ill immediately after leaving. This is by far the worse food and service, I am sorry to post so negatively but every word is exactly how it happened. Avoid Avoid.
