Trainee barista had some attitude and was unwelcoming as if the existence of customers are offending him. Needs proper training especially in emotional intelligence.

A short-haired girl named Elaine works here, and she is truly the best waitress in the world. Today, I encountered a homeless person trembling in the cold wind all day. I decided to buy him a meal from Cafe Nero, where I had spent the entire day. Elaine recognized me and wondered why I had returned so soon after leaving. When I explained that I was getting a hot meal for the homeless man, she immediately charged me very little for the meal set, wanting to help him too. The store is incredibly lucky to have such a kind and warm-hearted person like Elaine on their team. I wish her and this place all the best!

This one is of the best branch of Caffe Nero. The staff in particular Maya, Afna and the manageress Viola are great(the same cannot be said about the young Greek woman). This branch is always very clean and tidy. If you visit try either the Maritozzi an Italian brioche filled with cream or the blueberry mousse cake both delicious. These are the new additions to their desserts.

New trainee girl was rude and unprofessional towards us just because we are asian. Even thought the senior barista asked her to take our order. She still ignored us for a long time doing nothing.Still she took the orders of other customers as soon as they came to the till.3rd March at 1.25pm.
