Unusually not particularly busy for a Sunday afternoon in a part of London which has some decent shops. Had a slice of their cheesecake which was so yummy I had a second slice. Service supremely friendly. Atmosphere just as I like my coffee shops. Quiet enough to chat and busy enough to feel discrete.

My teaspoon and teacup had to be changed for clean ones, the cup was disgustingly dirty. Whilst we were there, a leak occured from the toilet area which the staff did nothing to clean up, just surrounded the area with a sign and chairs so nobody could use two of the tables (we had to move from one of them to escape the encroaching water),. She then took a picture of it. This also meant we could not use the toilets.

A nice example of a Caffe Nero.Only let down slightly by displaying their cakes, with the larger slices/portions at the front to entice you? ?, but when they give you yours selected from the back it?s smaller.Mine looked about 30% smaller, which was noticeable, hence this comment. They had tan out of oat milk at 11am. Disappointing, with a very large Waitrose next door? Only coconut and soya. My large hot chocolate was a decent size, which was good, but the taste was compromised by not having enough coco powder. Quality of the cake and beverage I would describe as being mediocre.

Love this branch, it?s my local and I love getting my weekly latte from here. Staff is always friendly and efficient and they serve each drink with a smile which means a lot and comes highly appreciated.
