Very pleasant and efficient experience. Upon walking in Chole introduced herself and ask how the branch be able to help me. Directed over to Ryan at the counter who was able to order me a new debt card and provide me with some cash. Both were friendly and heplful.

I am so upset about Barclays they close the bank 15:30 pm and they close the cashier desk at 14:00 pm is pathetic on the website they will not tell you they told me they don't make enough money on retail to pay someone to be until 15:30pm is a joke they make billions a year thanks for your service ???

You would have difficulty in finding a more unhelpful bank. I have been in in person 4 times trying to arrange various financial matters and each time they have taken my details and phone number promising to ring and make an appointment. So far absolutely nothing Mrs Jane Kelley

Had to wait 90 min to withdraw cash as the bank decided my card was stolen. Just as I arrived, only one staff member on duty (apart from the member of staff who welcomes you to tell you nothing works), and he had just gone for lunch. Going to Golders Green branch was even worse.All part of the drive to shut branches and ATMs. Unforgivable. This is really about reducing access/control over our own money.

Close earlier than stated online to 'covid' almost 3 years since the outbreak and they are using this as an excuse to provide a terrible service. Even when they are open the counter closes earlier than stated online meaning you have to wait in the queue for one machine, I ask myself why not just close the branch?

Nimrod and colleagues are always very polite and helpful. Even skipped lunch to help me out. The shepherd at the front desk also is a paragon of gentlemanly civility.

Horrible not recommending this branch has 09:00-12:00 on Saturdays and they were closed by 11:00

Great service from the staff if you go inside. Although the queue can sometimes be long, the staff are patiently trying to help every customer. I had to get 6 months of certified bank statements. This happened to be the day the computer system went down for all clerks. However, the employee assisted me managed to battle through and be able to provide stamped and signed copies for me without giving up. Really appreciated all the hard work.
