Not an encouraging start - phoned the number given for the branch to find out how to register a power of attorney with them. Got told by auto response to use their website for my banking needs ( I am not a customer - the donee was) - then ?goodbye?. Useless system - now forced to travel to this branch to see what I need to do ?. We shall see what ?service? I receive. At the Hammersmith Branch the two staff I dealt with couldn't have been more helpful - arranged an appointment later that day and then did the whole application online with me. Fantastic service in comparison with Barclays.

Horrible customer service.Today I went to deposit a reasonable amount of money into my bank account, I was a bit concerned due the note were a bit sticky, so I warned the staff who attended me. ALL WENT WRONG.He just put the bunch of money in the cash machine and it got stuck so I had to leave with no proof that I ever bring that money as the staff is telling me to go and they will call me back later.SHAME.

I'm starting to think to change the bank. I spent 15+ min in a queue to ask for cash (coins). When it's my turn, they don't have. They invite me to come back later. I said I woul try (I don't live in the branch, I have live). I tried to do my best, but unfortunately I arrived 3.02pm (still customers inside) but they didn't permit to go in because this branch closes 3pm on Thursdays. Ok, I can understand it, it's the schedule. The problem is: tomorrow is open but they don't give cash. And any branch has a different timetable (Clapham Common closes 5pm on Thursday. So, TSB likes customers, likes money but they always puts trammels to have your money:- you need to guess the timetable (different branchs, different time),- you need to guess if that branch has cash that day (it can be open the branch but just a machine with notes)- you need to guess if the branch has coins (as much as they push me to use the card, I will use cash/coins).Every day, the British banks are more similar to Spanish/Italian banking services. That happens when your British bank is part now of Banco Sabadell, one of the worst Spanish banks with the customers.Very sad.

Not enough staff. It took 3h for me to close accounts. The lady banker wasn?t flexible and not friendly, incoherent. I said im a foreign resident now and had changed address online then tried to close at the branch today, and she asked me a proof of the resident in English. Stupid. Terrible service, TSB bank doesn?t have good HR.

Very helpful staff, able to speak to customer service very quickly. Went above and beyond to help me open a bank account after just arriving in the UK from overseas. Much more accommodating service than any other bank in the UK I have dealt with so far.

Pleasant staff, efficient. So pleased it?s still here, they all seem to be closing. Always had a good experience with tsb after being pushed out of Lloyds.

I visited the bank on 30/09/2021, fantastic customer service that you cannot see it in most of the banks. The bank manager is so friendly who makes sure everything goes smoothly.

I didn't have to wait long. Service was normal. Nothing out of the ordinary to report today. Update (13/09/21). Had a nice chat with our manager today. Looked at the side of the door. There was a ? sign, offering assistance, otherwise the middle of the door was open, probably just enough for a disability scooter & there was one in there today, or a wheelchair, I'm not sure.

Thanks for not updating the details on your website that the bank is closed today Monday 22nd of march, pointless just putting a note on the door saying itsclosed. The inconvenience and wate of time going all the way to find its closed. Thanks again.

The lady who I was asking help to didn't do much just give me another number to call the fraud team. Other times in another branches they made the effort of calling for me and sorting out the problems. Quite disappointed with the attitude and service of some of the staff here feels like they are annoyed to help why they are doing this jobs then?It's a shame as I am starting to think in changing banks.
