Whoever looks at the clothes and shoes to sell for this place, they should be sacked. The merchandise in here used to be proper good decent bits. Now. It is full of plastic shoes and trainers. I dont even look upstairs for women's clothing anymore. The marketer for this TK MAX really needs to go

I witnessed a very upsetting and unacceptable incident in this store. A random customer began shouting aggressively at 2 under 10 years old girls for simply for touching some makeup products. It was completely inappropriate and disturbing to watch. Let?s be clear: no one has the right to discipline someone else?s children ? especially not by yelling at them in a public space.
What made the situation even worse was how poorly the store handled it. Instead of stepping in to calm things down or asking the aggressive customer to leave, the store manager ended up shouting at the children's mother, adding fuel to the fire. It was chaotic, stressful, and completely mishandled from beginning to end.
I actually had to step in myself and tell the mother to just walk away, because the situation had become so toxic. It?s deeply disappointing to see both a lack of basic decency from a fellow customer and a total lack of professionalism from the store staff.
This should never have happened. The woman who shouted at the children should have been removed from the store immediately. Families deserve a safe and respectful environment ? and when a store allows this kind of behavior to go unchecked, it sends the message that hostility is acceptable. I love Tkmax I just hope they?re gonna improve especially with how to challenge behaviour. We are Here on Earth to lead the young generation through example With positive outcomethat and that was quite disappointed to witness.?

Huge store over 4 floors and includes men's, women's, children and household items.
Often long queues for paying which can be annoying if you're on your lunch break and/or in a rush.
As with most busy stores of this kind, there are barely any staff around to ask for help or assistance and at the tills they're not particularly friendly.

Staff member ISHANI made me feel absolutely low! Came right in front of me a started acting like she was fixing the shelves although she saw me looking at the perfumes. She decided to stand in front of me for at least 5mins, I stood there silently until I could continue looking at what I was looking at. Other customers came to look but she refused to move, although, I?m 100% sure she knew as she heard me say ?we?re trying to look? I don?t know if she thought I was stealing or ect but my goodness I felt so annoyed she continued to have such rude energy towards a customer and decided to stand in the way knowingly.

I always love to shop at TKMaxx. It is my go-to place for so many things including clothes, bags and even soap. I love the soaps from TKmaxx.
Hammersmith store is the best. Nothing beats it. So,this time when I went the staff asked me if I would like to register with the rewards programme. I was all upto it. But nobody ever told me they had a rewards programme till now. Thanks staff Nadia for sharing the information with me regarding the TREASURE card. It would really benefit me as I do atleast one shopping a week in TKmaxx.
Love to shop there anytime.
