I asked for a receipt to show to my employer and he don't delivered to me. After a lot of time because I said I will not leave without my receipt he throws it in my face in front of other customers. Shame on you!

Scammers. I broke my left sandal and made the mistake of leaving both sandals at the store. I paid £20 and when I picked them up I noticed that both sandals had obvious glue marks. The first time I wore them after they had been repaired, the strap on the right sandal came loose immediately. Of course, when I went back to point it out, I was told that since there was glue on the right sandal, that was the one that had been repaired. Never again, stay away.

Tai very rude and loud. talking to me like I'm stupid. Gives a service to a female free of charge right in front of me expecting her phone number for that and charges me for a shoe pad.

Have been coming to this shop for many years to have watch batteries replaced, bracelet strap alterations & strap replacement. All carried out fast and in a friendly manner. Ryan is very good. He even assisted me with a new watch I had bought by showing me how to set the time as it was a method I wasn't aware of until today. Did bracelet alteration while I waited.
Have also bought umbrellas & shoe care products from here. All good quality.
I haven't tried shoe repairs here so cannot comment on their service for it but will use them when need repairs.
Highly recommended.

Waited 3 weeks to get a security key cut which was ridiculous. On top of this they cut the wrong side of the key so it was redundant. No in store refund could be provided as they require printed bank statements which is not convenient!
Also had a second key cut which I had to go twice for since the cut was incorrect. Staff member was rude and not helpful!

We sent a pair of suede boots to be resoled and when we got them back there was glue all over the suede. They tried to remove it but was unable to. The workmanship was very poor. Not a good experience unfortunately.

Went to get my house keys cut there. They didn?t work when I got home, so I went back and they redid them and I?m still having lots of trouble with them, where I have to wiggle perfectly to get it to work or they just won?t work at all. Really terrible cuts

On Saturday 1 Feb. 2025 I visited Timpson at Broadway Shopping Centre in Hammersmith to drop off a pair of boots for heel repair. I paid £24.95 for the service and was advised to collect the boots on the following Monday [3 Feb. 2025].
When I returned to collect the boots, I presented my receipt and decided to purchase a shoehorn. Unfortunately, I made the mistake of tapping my bank card without double-checking the charged amount. It was only the following day that I noticed I had been charged again for the boots repair, in addition to the shoehorn.
I returned to the store with my bank statement to highlight the mistake and seek a resolution. However, the man working there, identifiable as having glasses and a beard, was incredibly rude and dismissive. He outright refused to acknowledge the error, accused me of lying, and told me to contact customer service instead. His behavior was absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable.
This entire experience has been deeply frustrating. Not only was I charged twice for a service that was already expensive, but I was also treated with disrespect when I provided clear evidence of the error. This is not the level of service I expect from a trusted company like Timpson.

Twice I?ve had to come here in a shoe emergency and they have gone above and beyond to help me. This afternoon, I had a squeaky shoe crisis that was initially repaired in the Harrow branch.
The Hammersmith Station Timpsons, particularly Neil and his team came to the rescue! I had no other shoes to wear for the day and squeaked my way to them where they made a full PROPER repair of my soles. No more squeak and done under the warranty of the shoddy repair.
The shoes look so much better than before! Thank you Neil you?re a star. (And I?m still back in time to eat my lunch)

just left from Hammersmith branch and they are so kind and polite to serve you, I went there before to resole and he politely responded he could not fix it as it would be more damaging and recommend me to glue it which I did it and unfortunately, it left the glue stains on the rubber sole. I came back and ask for his recommendation, suddenly, he helped me repair it in a minute which I really appreciate for your helps and how you promptly responded to customers, I observed before, he's so calm and polite which let us so satisfied. I truly appreciate and no hesitate to recommend you to come here, thank you so much.
