Extremely disappointed with this entire company but this store specifically. I have received overdue charges that were charged onto my account in 2020. Which I find quite funny considering I closed the account and left London for Australia on the 20th December 2017. Funny how there is all of a sudden overdue charges on an account that had a zero balance in 2017. Apparently there is no proof of me closing this account and the only way for me to go forward is to pay these ridiculous charges. Will NEVER EVER recommend Three to anyone again and will NEVER EVER use Three again.

Excellent experience at this store. David, the Customer Advisor, when over and above. 1st he suggested a package which saved me more than the one I went in for. 2nd, I had to come back to the store as being technically challenged I couldn?t set everything up to keep my number. He willingly helped and made sure everything was fine before I left again. Thank you David and if 3 hires more like him they?d get 5* all the time!

Amazing service provided by Bobby at Three store in Hammersmith.\\nEven though I came in 30min before store would close, Bobby was very welcoming and helpful. He managed to prepare the new contract and finalise the purchase within a short timeline. Very efficient!\\nThank you once again. I am super happy with my new phone.

To the board, I would like very much to Express my sincere respecting admiration for Miss Sarah and Maria as they has been very acomodating they were extremely helpful and with a watching eye overall with other employees. Sarah has a fantastic professional knowledge and attitude and most of all making the customers feel comfortable and appreciated. You have the most wonderful representative ofthe Company here in Hammersmith Shoppings Centre.

It is ok but the south Indian dishes test is not here not even any part of the whole world but whenever person visits south India must have test of DOSA AND IDLI SAMBHAR PLUS OTHER VEG DISHES AS WELL BUT I DON'T TRY HERE I JUST WENT COLLECT FOR MY FRIENDS THAT IS IT

I came to the store, a lady was on her computer, not a hello, not even a look, I was here like a ghost for long minutes. Another man came but again not a hello, not even a look. I waited, everybody ignored me when I finally took the right decision to go to EE next door, where they considered me At least. I think they still haven't noticed someone came and left. Being polite isn't the first thing you learn?

Friendly staff but you can get better deals over the phone. Popped in for an upgrade and they said that they haven't anything for me. Called the over the phone and got what I wanted :)
