* Opening Hours: The store is generally open from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM Monday to Saturday. On Sundays, it's open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Quieter hours are typically between 9:00 AM and 10:00 AM on Wednesdays and Saturdays.
* Facilities: It's a large supermarket offering a wide selection of groceries and household essentials. It also has an InPost Locker for parcel collection and returns.
* Accessibility: The InPost locker is located at the front right-hand side of the store.

we were 4 adults and they didn't let us buy wine (we showed proof of our age). They treated us badly and they were very rude. I'd put zero starts if I could. Very bad experience

I worked in the store for festive season and I live locally so I go there weekly as a customer.
I had an amazing experience during the eight weeks.
Most of the colleagues are friendly and very helpful. The store has almost everything what you need with a reasonable price, especially if you have a Tesco club card . Generally, regular customers go there over the years and I am so privileged to meet all the lovely Madames, Sirs, energetic young people and adorable children.
I had also an emotional day because I received a bunch of flowers from a lovely couple which made me cry and I couldn?t even thank to them properly with teary eyes.
So many great memories. Thanks to all of the customers I had a chance to talk. ??
Thanks to my colleagues and my managers especially who support me during the time.

The staff and customers are generally quite rude and unfriendly, although there is a lot of food in this Tesco Superstore. There is a lot of unhealthy food though and the prices are rising. :(

A security told me that I was not supposed to walk out from the entrance after payment.
He should be well- trained about customers who has returned the scanning device herself doesn?t have other way out..!!!

Useful and very sizable Tesco store in central London. You can get nearly everything you need here. Friendly and most helpful staff on the self service tills.

They are non-motorcycle friendly. I will be avoiding this Tesco's. There's plenty of other stores nearby where I will spend my money instead of here.

Terrible experience with customer service. I tried to get a box delivered through even, having been sent here by another Tescos.
She just kept saying use the inpost locker which wasn?t working. She didn?t offer to help or anything. I?m deeply upset

It has a rather convoluted layout which is designed to make you buy more (they think) because it tries to make you walk further. Its ability to do this is limited because its primary success comes in just making you give up and leave with less than you had originally intended. Works for me because I save money. Then I go to Lidl.

The help and services desk is so slow this should be addressed its by far the worst the staff talk to each other and waste time between customers even at 6.30am it?s too slow
