The older woman with the red headband at the self-desk really has a lot of problems. She talks to the staff and doesn't help even when I call her. I don't want to come back again. Not worth a single star... Employees need training?

They might as well sell their self checkouts, I only ever see 1/3 of them actually on and being used. Staff are disinterested and product range is small and expensive.Only good if you need to quickly grab something whilst passing through the station.I try to avoid as much as possible.

Very uncomfortable and Stressful Experience.Boxes and Crates of Groceries precariously left all over the Floor whilst they fill the Shelves with overpriced items. Too much floor staff getting in the way in this Small Store. An accident waiting to happen for someone to trip over these Boxes and Crates.Complete nightmare to step into this store.

Poor customer service at the self checkout counters. The staff see there is a long queue at the self checkout counter and they started to close more counters instead of opening new ones. Poor customer service overall! Is a waste to have so many people just sitting at the self checkout counters and being unhelpful with the customers.

The most terrible customer service I've ever experienced in a supermarket. Had to return an Evri package and even though the website and their own machine says they will provide a package, they don't do it and on top of that they treated me like I was stupid for even mentioning it.. even though their own machine ways so. The lady at the counter was extremely rude and the manager just kept saying "I don't know why it says that, we don't do it. Honestly disgusting attitude towards the customer.

Prices through the roof, profiteering at its finest! Also, is 5-7pm the best time for pulling out the cages for restocking? Blocking the aisles for the customers making the experience as miserable as it could be? Why don?t you restock when it?s quiet! Don?t make me mention the fact that the queue is through the store and half self service tills are closed!

Stuffs are a bunch of thugs. Finding excuses not sending my Evri ?big? parcel by saying QR code scanner is down. When I get the label printed, 3 or 4 stuffs kept saying the parcel man is not going to collect it. Accuse me of being rude when I am saying they finding excuses. A branch of ugly hearts people, felt disgusting .
