Literally all the food prices are listed incorrectly in store. The staff would not change the price at the till even though it?s their mistake.

I don't think I've ever felt the need to review a Starbucks until I came to this one in Hammersmith. Despite being empty, three people behind the till were fumbling about and not serving. I had to ask twice to be told "it's that lady there". Was she a ghost? Invisible? After nearly 10 minutes they took my order, and I was presented with a limp toasted croissant and a watery frap, that had possibly been sat there for an hour. Geez, never again. Such rude staff.

My visit to Starbucks at Tower Bridge was a comforting break with stunning views. The strategic location next to the iconic bridge provided a relaxed atmosphere with large windows offering panoramic views of the River Thames and the Tower of London. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the variety of options on the menu met expectations for quality coffee. Although it can be busy due to its tourist location, the experience at Starbucks Tower Bridge was more than just a coffee stop; It was a peaceful moment with an exceptional view in the heart of London.

A short walk from Hammersmith Station and you find a peaceful location to have a coffee. The layout isn't the best as the few tables are close together in a line but it beats the bustle of the station.

Needed a caffeine jolt to offset the jet lag. This is a nice little place with a few tables to sit and watch the world go by. I got a mocha and it tasted fine as expected. The staff was very friendly and got the order right and made it promptly. The background music was also very nice and relaxing.
