Mohamed Karim, the young Audiologist of the Hammersmith Specsavers Team is brilliant. Professional, courteous, a good communicator, helped me a great deal with my recent acute bilateral hearing loss in assessing its severity, possible nature, advice on hearing aids and delivering them within a few days in conjunction with my GP, Dr Ali Kaabneh of the King?s Road Medical Centre, who was also exemplary in his prompt response and help. These were two wonderful experiences for me being at the receiving end of Health Care, of close collaboration between Private Enterprise and the NHS, delivered by two great people. Thank you. I absolutely loved this specsavers, it's spacious and had a great variety of frames and styles. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming and the optician was very informative and experienced. I loved how approachable everyone was and how they made it easy to navigate around the store. I also got my glasses quicker than expected. highly recommended

On Monday, I visited Specsavers in Hammersmith to fix my glasses ? and was lucky enough to be served by Sheldon, the ultimate superstar!
From the moment I walked in, Sheldon took the time to truly listen to me ? my queries, my needs, and my budget. He went above and beyond to make sure I left happy. Not only did he help me secure a voucher to save money, but he also suggested a gorgeous pair of glasses I?d owned (and loved!) two years ago but sadly lost at work. I can?t tell you how thrilled I was to have them again ? beautiful, affordable, and perfect for me.
Sheldon?s customer service is impeccable. His manners are flawless, his humour is spot on, and he radiates warmth that makes you feel instantly comfortable. He?s the kind of staff member who turns a simple purchase into a genuinely lovely experience.
Specsavers ? this man is a shining star. Give him a pay rise, a promotion, or at the very least, a crown! ?

Visited for a routine eye test and had a really great experience. The optometrist I saw, Heidi, was excellent, and explained my results in a way I could understand. Big shout out to Devika who helped me choose my frames also. Super respectful and knowledgeable team 10/10

I met Jamilino, one of the team members was esteemed, friendly, smiling, respectful and professional. He provides the necessary information the client needs and made my visit comfortable throughout the support and the fabulous customer service.

Great staff at this Specsavers store. They were thorough in the tests and made sure they covered all bases for my eye complaint. I've never had an issue and been with them for a long time. The OCT test is only £5 now so is worth getting.

I?m truly impressed by the professionalism and the wonderful attitude towards every patient.
I would also like to mention that I had a request to get my glasses order ready a few days earlier than expected, as I had a very important test coming up and it was actually completed within 5 working days!
I?m incredibly grateful for this and truly appreciate that my request was heard.
I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Lovely store with friendly staff! My eye test was thoroughly done, and I had a great optician explaining everything to me. Frames are a bit old fashioned and not many for men but overall a great optician.

I went to buy a pair of glasses with my brother. Very nice glasses and sunglasses. I want to give a big thank you to Vivian. She really helps us a lot on choosing the right glasses and gave us the best deal.
