Worse petrol station I?ve ever visited

Had to visit this station to get some diesel. No plastic gloves. No paper towels / tissues to wipe hands. Went to the toilet to wash my hands and nearly passed out. It stinks like hell there, no soap, old school taps (not touch less)....I feel absolutely disgusted after visiting that filthy station. It's a puke and disgrace, I'm unpleasantly surprised by Shell standards.

I went in for a parcel collection and was shocked by the horrid behaviour from the staff.
Shell? What training are you giving to these people? They don?t even know the basic manner and not to mention how rude their responses are.
Absolutely poor service and I do not think someone like this should be allowed in this role.
Here?s what I suggest,
1. There is a staff member who I encountered was extremely rude, so I won?t blame anyone else but I would like you(Shell) to identify who that person is and provide further training ASAP or replace the individual if necessary.
2. Please provide efficient training to all staff including:
# Prioritising customers and their needs.
# Behave well as this should be #1 skill all the staff should must have!
I?ve taken my time to let you know that this is really an ongoing issues which needs to be addressed. Hopefully your listen improves your service.

The guy staff member was honestly such a horrible guy. Instantly stressy because he didn?t reply to a question I had, then freaked out just because I asked him again. He?s an embarrassment and need to be fired

Would be a decent place to grab a bit of breakfast and a coffee...
With the exception to the person serving you at the counter, who is on speakerphone every single time I go in and honestly couldn't care a jot that you're waiting to be served.
It's always been considered rude to ignore customers and continue an out loud telephone conversation but in this garage it seems to be par for the course.

My daughter bought expired food , the orginal label have been removed and new expired written by black marker but still expired one day out of date.

Went there today 14th Sep at around 2pm to drop my yodel parcel. Staff said the machine is not working while he is on his mobile phone the whole time. Bet he will put down his phone and speak to me properly if I am of different race.

Terrible experiences attempting to use their Amazon counter. Some employees don?t know how to scan to code and retrieve a package. Even though my package had arrived, they asked me to return another day. And they apparently don?t take returns even though the Amazon app says they do.
