Had to visit this station to get some diesel. No plastic gloves. No paper towels / tissues to wipe hands. Went to the toilet to wash my hands and nearly passed out. I went in for a parcel collection and was shocked by the horrid behaviour from the staff.
Shell? What training are you giving to these people? They don’t even know the basic manner and not to mention how rude their responses are.
