Attempted to scam us into paying for gas we did not pump. Not to mention all the products in there are incredibly overpriced.

I was scammed for a vape. Charged me 7.50£ when at every other shop is 5£. When i left the shop the vape didnt work (probably a hoax) and then when i went back refused to refund me or give me a working one despite having the receipt and there being a 5 minute window between visits. I will never be returning. I am now out of money and angry and ut was a christmas present for my friend. Person at rhe til was particularly unsympathetic.

I came to the petrol station today at 10am and had to wait at the counter for some time whilst the staff were not paying attention to me and chatting amongst themselves. I decided to go to the toilet as I felt they were not paying attention and the toilet just felt very unhygienic, generally I am wary of public toilets but the state of it was like it hasn't been cleaned properly in weeks. There was urine around the toilet with a lot of dirtiness around, I simply just went back out to pay. The staff were still chatting so I told them I am waiting here and to let me pay, after which I got out of here as soon as possible. Suffice to say, I won't be coming back here again.

I?m a taxi driver and I regularly come to the petrol station I came on Monday morning and I saw that the air pump was not working , i asked the guy at the till why it isn?t working and he ignored me, giving no response.It was very irresponsible and disrespectful.I came 2 days in a row and it still wasn?t fixed .With the attitude from the till and how things aren?t up to standard I may need to change my petrol station as this one has changed a lot from what it used to be .

Came on Saturday for the first time used the bathroom and was completely unsanitary ! I informed the lady at the till and she didn't quite understand, coffee machine too was very dirty! Very Poor customer service overall. Just paid for petrol and left.

I use to get my petrol from here but will never go there again. Its always the most expensive place to buy fuel. When other Petrol Stations are reducing they remain the mist expensive around.No wonder they never seem busy.

I live very close to this station and i used Shell go and i was very happy for the time saved because i work like driver and i need every day to fill the tank, last few months every time i go i was canceled by the site, I don?t know what?s mean but i asked one day inside (i think was the in charge ) and told me is about the internet sometime is slow, but be serious, last 2-3 months not even one time didn?t worked? I think is switched off and that it. Because off this i need to drive Acton every day when i have the station in front off my house. Shame

I went in this petrol station yesterday to find two customers walking about and shouting across the shop to each other without masks, the gentleman behind the counter didn't challenge (I certainly wasn't going to) . The cashier didn't have a mask, no sanitizer around and to be honest just like everything was normal, except a flimsy bit of ill fitting plastic in the till area. I felt very uncomfortable and left as fast as I could. I will make sure I dint need to fill up in this area again and avoid this stop in future.To be fair the shop had what I needed, at the inflated Esso prices, was clean and well kept, but a shame that this happened.

The only garage I use, it is a shame they haven't got the guy (Julian) working on the forecourt now, he used to fill up my car for me. Friendly staff
