The staff at this store are so professional, super helpful and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. I had 3 DHL parcels to print labels and send, they were so patient (even when I sent the same label twice!). Really lovely staff and a credit to the store.

Had a really alienating experience in this shop today :( Was trying to make a purchase using a Love2Shop voucher that on the wallet of the voucher, said that I could spend this at Rymans. The first till person called over a lady who was completely uninterested in supporting me to make my purchase and just made me feel like I was acting weird or acting out? She told me the gift cards usually have a different symbol on them (which I?ve never seen before and I?m gifted these cards quite often) almost as if I had a fraudulent card or something, I was literally just a young woman on my own, not really posing a threat at all. I then kindly ask her if she can show me what she means on the till and it takes several goes of me asking her this for her to do this and at this point she was just debating with me, almost arguing with me, definitely not supporting me to make a purchase. She?s then showing me her side of the till and was hesitantly touching different buttons and so I sadly don?t think she knew how to put the order through. Instead of offering to look into this, she said she can?t see the balance on the card so she?s not doing the transaction. I asked her if she?d like to see the balance on my account on my phone and she literally just said ?no?. Everyone in the shop was looking round at me like I was causing a scene and it made me feel really embarrassed and unwelcome. She rounds off our conversation by saying ?right I?m done with this? and just walks off, leaving me there. The other till staff just continue serving customers and I?m stood there on my own. I try to look further into the gift card on my phone but couldn?t get signal in the shop so eventually I leave too as I was just pretty upset and don?t think I want to shop there now anyway, I won?t be coming back in the future and wouldn?t recommend the shop or the experience as a customer to anyone.

Such a good experience in this shop today, my paper bag had ripped from another shop and I popped in here to buy a new plastic one. The man working there noticed and helped me put everything from my ripped bag into my new bag, it was honestly just so nice. He didn?t rush me, I was slightly panicked that I?d lost/dropped things and he helped me make sure everything was there - thanks again. Highly recommend!

I went into the Hammersmith store Tuesday 4th July late afternoon to get some printing and laminating done. The lady who did it for me was really helpful, cut out the pictures for me before laminating and reminded me to double check I had everything I wanted before we finished. Told me what to do next. Told me price before doing prints and laminate. Really helpful.

I visited your store today to pick up some staples. I had my dog with me, I left him tied to one of your signs at the entrance, and he was in full view from me for the 60 seconds I was intending on being in the store. I appreciate the concern from your staff member (402440) alerting me that dogs have been stolen after being left outside shops on King Street, however, I do not appreciate constant mumbling under their breath insinuating that I am an irresponsible dog owner for leaving my dog outside. This continued the whole time I was walking around the store and even to the time I was paying and leaving. I apologise for visiting your store so close to the time you were due to close, but I'm sure your staff member knew what his shift was. And FYI my dog is home and safe, fed and watered and I am a responsible dog owner.

great service customer service, they supported me with smile throughout 2hrs long printing process plus I was able to bought there all stationary materials I needed. Big thanks to Sonia for her professionalism and going above and beyond :)
