Overall pretty good. Lots of equipment. It does get really busy during peak hours though of course. However the WiFi is atrocious do not expect any connection when exercising here.

Always overcrowded, people never put weights back, good luck hearing your own thoughts or using half the gym once the PTs do their classes at prime time, and it smells awful in the changing rooms. Unfortunately it?s the cheapest gym in the area

Tried to buy a 7 day pass online, error message ?please contact guest services?. Tried to contact guest services, no avail. Went into the gym to speak to someone working there; the woman clearly had no idea/means (and there?s no eftpos machine on site to pay), so instead just gave me the run-around asking me to show her that it?s not working online. Messaged PureGym on Facebook, turns out it?s just an automated response that repeats what?s on the website. Going somewhere else, can?t be bothered for this nonsense.

I really love this gym but just lately I?ve noticed a terrible stench as soon as I walk in. I think it?s maybe around the time I go (18:00-19:00). It?s really unpleasant because I?ll be on the treadmill and feel like I?m breathing it in so will cut the run short. It smells like a toilet as soon as I enter the gym.
Also in the ladies bathroom. Whenever I wash my hands the water has a terrible odour. Like sulphuric.

I remember trying to ask some of the gentlemen at the reception area a simple question his answer was go online to know more ?
Dunno but I asked a simple question about the busiest time he could have just answered me nicely?
Another lady came to ask and I assure you he invested his whole time to her ?maybe I?m not cute enough but here we go

The gym is way too hot in the free weight area, it feels moist and humid in there whereas the cardio space upstairs is nice and cool.
I?ve been in this gym for 5+ years now and beside improvements of the lifting area, the temperature and AC have never been that bad. I would say it is almost dangerous to train in this conditions !
A lot of people complained about this and still nothing changes..
Don?t go there if want to do other thing than thread mill !

Asked the PT to turn his music down. He said no. Don?t pay to use this gym - poor lighting, no AC and rude staff. Females bathrooms are nasty even after 20 mins the cleaners supposedly cleaned it. Foul!

The machines and weights area is good but the toilets are disaster. I?ve been subscribed and visiting the gym for 2+ years and the last year the toilet is always a mess. Sink is dirty all the time. 3 days in a row there is NO SOAP at all! How is this possible with so many visitors? Just can?t imagine why nothing is being done towards so obvious issue.
