The best place for beauty treatments. If you are in the area go here especially for eyebrow and ask for Pooja. She is the best out there. So quick, precision and zero pain!!! I always used to get small bumps after getting my eyebrows done but ever since I have been going to her it?s all gone.

At the checkout found I had mixed sizes of clothes, went to change one whilst my items were still with the cashier. I returned back and payed for everything. On returning home looked at the recite to find I had additional items, lady's essence lash £3.30 & varsity vp £3. The desk was empty when I first turned up, maybe they get a bonus on selling old stock? I know I should check befor leaving.

The escalator and the list are broken, yet they have decided to close down the fitting room on the upper floors and force people to go through 30 stairs for each try on!!
Would definitely recommend to wtay clear of this shop unless you're an Olympics athlete!

Men are 2nd class citizens here. Not to mention that someone not very bright manages this shop.
The escalator going UP is broken. The one going DOWN is not. Instead of just reversing the one that's going down to go up and then just stopping the other one so people can walk down, the manager of this location decided to section off the escalator that leads you up and leave the one going down working in the same direction. So now, you have to go around to the side and use the stairs to go up. Genius. Could have just reversed the one escalator remaining to go up and left the other one stopped...
The men's floor is above. Fine, I get it, it's just business, we don't shop as much, I'm not mad about that. But then considering the escalator going up is broken, it wouldn't have hurt you to put staff on the changing rooms upstairs. Instead, you have to go down to the ladies' floor and use those changing rooms then walk back up via the side route.
I'm not going up and down the floors 18 different times, you're insane. I've already done my cardio for the day...

Went to get my click and collect order, when I arrive there was already a lady waiting there for more than 5 mins even after pressing the button for assistance! Once someone came the sort out the click and collect orders a manager came over to take over?..her attitude was very very poor even towards members of staff over the radio headsets as a manager you should be setting an example but instead come to work with an attitude! I normally do like coming to Primark but may consider going to another one

Mens fitting room is closed and you should use the one downstairs.
Cash desk downstairs is busy and they ask you to go upstairs!

Primark in Hammersmith is very convenient. Customers appreciate the good value and trendy items, particularly for basics like T-shirts and one-season items. The selection may be smaller than other Primark locations and finding good items requires sifting through racks. Dressing room waits can also be long. Prices are very competitive, particularly on reduced items.

Currently the best fashion and home goods chain in the UK. Cheap prices and good value for money, mainly aimed at young girls. If you don't want to wait 20 days in Temu, you shop here for better quality.
Located in the centre of Hammersmith close to the Underground - District Line, and many Central and West London buses

Recently had an issue with a gift card that had money on, however when I went to pay the gift card wasn't scanning although I had enough money on there and receipt to prove it. Just wanted to say Thank you to Elaine who was working upstairs on the tills that day. She took her time to assist me and managed to get the gift card to work although she had to do three transactions in smaller amounts to get to my total. This was much appreciated and your excellent customer won't be forgotten Elaine ??
