The pigeons seem to be the only staff cleaning the tables outside as clearly the number of human staff is lower than it should be. Pret used to have a bit of a high-end feeling but this one is indicative of the brand as a whole. A fading star... fading signage fading service. The falling standards makes the prices look a rip off and the dull range adds to the disappointment.

Pret has consistency. Their standards are great.
The team in this shop is extra lovely.
Sometimes I get a little happy face in my coffee, I always feel very welcomed.

Staff seems to of had a massive turn around , hired nice helpful friendly teams and sacked all the misery guts, please keep these good team members Pret !

Very rude staff, they closed 3hrs early and when I wanted to sit outside with my drink(lots of people are sitting outside) the staff moved and hit me with the chair

I ordered Muffin and Americano , the member of staff (male, silver hair) was incredibly rude. It was 6.15pm Easter Monday. After preparing muffin he says you might not have time to drink your coffee ( presumably they close at 6.30.
I say there's no point me ordering if I can?t consume it on the premises. He says that?s your problem.
King St Hammersmith is now off my menu.
Pretty Customer for over ten years.What a shame.

A standard chain of cafe in a convenient location. There is a good amount of seating and a wide selection of food and drinks to choose from. An easy place to grab a quick drink and snack before attending a gig at the Apollo.

Came here for the too good to go order I made a day earlier and then found out it was closed. Don?t order too good to go from here, this is the 3rd time it has happened

I don't usually eat out but was with my elderly mother who is poorly and needed something to eat. We went in pret and she picked a sandwich to be toasted. Unfortunately she picked the wrong one. She was quite upset but the manager swapped it for the right one with no extra charge as soon as the situation was explained. I was really impressed with the service. Thank you.

I visit this Pret quite often, and the staff are always polite and friendly. However, the manager?s attitude is a different story. When I was being served, he started my order but then walked off mid-service to do something else, which felt dismissive.
It was also hard to ignore the way he shouts at his team?really unpleasant and uncomfortable to witness. He comes across as arrogant and unapproachable , which is a shame because the rest of the staff do a great job creating a welcoming atmosphere. Not the kind of experience I expect at Pret.
