The pigeons seem to be the only staff cleaning the tables outside as clearly the number of human staff is lower than it should be. Pret has consistency. Their standards are great. The team in this shop is extra lovely. Sometimes I get a little happy face in my coffee, I always feel very welcomed.

Staff seems to of had a massive turn around , hired nice helpful friendly teams and sacked all the misery guts, please keep these good team members Pret !
