I recently visited this café and unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. The place was unorganized and not clean, which made it uncomfortable to stay.

This morning I have experienced very bad attitude from a manager/supervisor, blond middle aged? I have ordered coffee and a croissant like I do every morning and she didn?t allow me to take croissant before I pay !!!!!! She pointed with her finger to the card machine to pay and then I can take the food !!!!! Unbelievable, I have felt so ashamed, treated like I am going to steal something from the shop!!! And I am there every day in the morning!
I hope this will not go away without punishing this rude lady, I am asking HR or anyone above her to teach her how to behave towards regular or any customers! I have said to her colleague how she treated me and he was apologising for her and told me to report her to HR .

Very rude manager.
I ask how do you open the toilet doors and she said the number. Tried a few times and it didn't work. Then I asked her to show me. She pressed the same code, but turned the lock clockwise to open. Then proceeded to state that that's how it works in London. I told her that that is not true and she replied I don't have time to listen to this. Some people.

A great Pret except for one thing: the music is played very loud making it headache inducing and uncomfortable instead of a place to relax with a coffee and food.

All good...BUT, cold shakers come in transparent plastic cups yet with awful PAPER straws!!!Makes absolutely no sense. The ratio of the cup to straw is probably 10:1.PLEASE provide plastic straws and allow me to enjoy my drink for christ's sake!

Pret what is going on! This branch with has no decaf coffee, or no coconut milk. That's the second store I've been to lately that doesn't have coconut milk. Tempted to cancel my subscription.

Don't do reusable flasks, identical to the Pret flasks. Only cafe in 3 years that don't take a flask as 'can't pour'. First time I went they adjust returned in empty second time I just had to pur from a cup. Flasks keep coffee hot for longer than cups and can take on bike round the corner to work. Not even busy, so not because of too many different containers.

Would give a 0 if I could, refusing to let disabled people use the toliet telling them they don't look it. Kids getting stuck in the toliet and they don't care, giving gone off milk and not carring. The manager of the store is rude as he'll and sure she bullies her staff as there's always a turn over. I'd avoid this place
