After order around 2pm, a pizza to be delivered at 19.15, at 20.00 (football Spanish versus Germany was at the tv), after 2 calls to the branch, I had excuses that it was raining and they couldn't deliver on the first call, and on the second he told me there were no delivery driver to do the delivery. When I said that I was already waiting for more than one hour, the order was cancelled by them.
Very unprofessional and disappointing.

Dear Papa Johns Pizza, the problem is that is not the first time that similar happened with Hammersmith branch of yours, already happened before twice and I always returned to order with you but I believe that was enough, I'm going to delete my Papa Johns account and forget about your company

Ordered 2 Large Pizzas, 2 sides and a drink from Papa Johns Hammersmith. The Uber driver arrived at my house with one pizza in the hand and the rest of the order was missing. Called the place, and it was very hard to understand what they were saying, not helpful at all, only sent me to Uber eats to get a refund!

Made 2 orders on the website and it has failed but I was still charged, I went to the shop and who I presume was the owner said American Express payments are blocked because it takes "a long time for the shop to receive the money " the option is however still available on their payment page and there is no warning at all, I'm hoping this was a temporary glitch or something, also on the website was not able to order XXL for collection ( which it says is 2 pounds extra), was only able to order large for 9.99 which I did twice and was charged twice but each time the order didn't go through, so, in the end, I had to order on the phone and low and behold it now also included an extra charge of 1 pound.So in the end I paid two times 9.99 and 13 pounds altogether 33 pounds for just one pizza lol, I'm still going to dispute that 20 pounds with American Express but I'm furious that papa John's allows this for their franchises, either contact papa john's to block Amex payments all together or please fix your website. I will remove the review when = I get my money back + the problem gets fixed.I use Amex for everything as I pay 150 pounds a year for it and I want extra points for every purchase, so if you also do be aware of ordering anything with Amex from them. Better save yourself headache and order with normal card from here if you must.

Consistently late or cancelled delivery. Staff are unhelpful, and seemingly having trouble with drivers all the time. Order elsewhere if you want your food to arrive within an hour, if at all.

after waiting nearly two hours for our pizza, I called to enquire about it and was told that they were having trouble finding a driver for it. For some reason, they couldn?t find someone to deliver our food. Every other order was going out, just not ours. No reason, just a voice saying he didn?t know what to do.

Very rude customer service. The guy taking my order was condescending and made a snarky comment when I changed my mind about an order a few seconds in (I asked to change the crust). I didn't end up ordering and instead left the store. To the guy working there - we're paying for your salary remember, don't be rude if you want orders.
