Had a terrible experience in this store yesterday. The young girl that served me was so unhelpful she rushed through the process of getting an upgrade like the flying Scotman. I explained that I was not good with technology and phones,but she didn't care, when I stopped her from talking and asked her to slow down and explain it better you would of thought I was asking her to give blood. Her attitude was disgraceful, she had no customer service and looked at me like I was dirt. This shop should be ashamed of themselves . I felt like she didn't want to be there. I will never go back to that shop again

The staff themselves could not be more dis-interested or unhelpful however when we insisted on speaking with the Manager it was totally different. Hahkeem was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and understanding, he solved our problems in a matter of minutes. Hahkeem, thank you so much from two stranded Australians!

Useless, not trained, waist of time. Bought a Samsung watch 5 Pro. Spent hours on the phone to O2, finally they said go back to the store. They could not be bothered. Useless useless. Never will go back to the shop.

The WORST customer service I have ever received, the woman in the shop was the most inattentive, unbothered sales rep I have ever experienced. I left the shop to go with a more expensive contract at EE just as the customer service was so much better there.Avoid at all costs, go else where or sort online if you are thinking of switching to o2 as the reps there are so incompetent you are much better off doing it all yourself, or with another provider.

I?m don?t want to leave a comment but I have so bad time with O2 I have a number since long time , now the staff are rude and I am not happy with them they let in between Virgin and O2 and staff don?t know anything , don?t recommend to anyone

Full of time wasters! Went there to drop-off Virgin Media equipment which I thought wouldn?t take longer than a minute. During my time in the store I spoke to 4 members of staff who it seemed didn?t have a clue what I?m talking about and how to do the return? then walked me from one computer to another a few times saying the system doesn?t work. I bet it would work very well if I tried to buy something. O2, if you provide a service, make sure your staff and systems are enabled to deliver it? wasted 15 min and didn?t get anything done.

The worst customer service .Been there to activate my new SIM and change it to the my old number twice. Ended up nothing helping, and the staff attitude sucks, she did a lot mistakes like the first time giving me the wrong customer service number (even when she found out she didn?t apologise), the second time she typed my bank information wrong that then I can?t continue process ,and after I back home I typed exactly the same information from the same card then I success?.the full experiences with she gave me a weird attitude ,been there twice,same girl same weird attitude ,but different attitude when she with other white people customers,I considered it as a racial discrimination.

I knew o2 is bad, but I didn't know how bad they are. Just make sure you don't come across a guy call Niraj, he is a time waster. Emil is the manager and he is helpful, but the rest of them, they just look at you and do nothing. not recommend at all.

Such a poor costumer service I never seen,They even don?t bother the quantity of the costumers,Serving 1 costumer 3 staff members?. Disappointed ?O2 at Hammersmith kings street
