This Nando?s is clean, the menu looks new, and the food was good. However, one waitress had a terrible attitude?while cleaning a table, she sprayed cleaning solution all over my arm and didn?t even bother to apologize.??

Worst Nandos experience ever.
Come here if you want slow service, cold food and staff arguing with customers at the front.
Then a manager who doesn't care!

We brought our student group to Nando?s Hammersmith, and the experience was fantastic!
The restaurant kindly arranged the entire area for us, which gave the students plenty of space and a comfortable dining environment.
Everyone received their meals promptly ? portions were generous and the food tasted great. We especially appreciated the variety offered, it was 10 out of 10 !
Staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, making everything run smoothly.
Would definitely return with future groups. Thank you to the team at Nando?s Hammersmith for such great service! ?

If I could give zero stars I would! I am extremely disappointed that I ordered 2 portions of chicken thighs in peri tamer for my kids however I was given an extremely hot one instead and it is not peritamer at all! My young child is screaming and crying because of the incompetence of your chefs at Hammersmith Nando?s. I have had to find an alternative for them to eat as this is not edible for my kids as it is extremely spicy/hot it does seem like it is the super hot peri sauce rather than peritamer. I have wasted my money and it is an inconvenience as my kids will not be able to eat Nando?s due to this huge mistake!
I paid £19.90 for chicken thighs that my kids or I can eat due to the wrong spice level (I ordered peri tamer and instead got very hot instead).
If I had known this when I ordered in the restaurant I would ask for a refund or a replacement but this was a takeaway order and I thought your chefs would have cooked the order correctly.
You can even see in the photo the chicken thighs do not look how a typical peri tamer would look like and looks very saucy and spicy.

Terrible experience. Already not convinced we arrive. Terrible sandwich, chips soft as if they were a week old. I will never come again.

The place is hidden it took us a quarter of an hour to find it, the chips are dirty, they don't have meat, the sauces burn too much, the salt doesn't come out of the salter and they take an hour to deliver your food.

This is a good one. In a busy part of Hammersmith and was vibrant on the Saturday teatime I visited. Attentive service and good food provided quickly during what was clearly a busy period. Recommended.

I?ve visited many Nando?s branches over the years, but this particular location was a complete letdown.
? Unclean Water Glasses: Basic hygiene seemed overlooked. The water glass I received was visibly dirty ? unacceptable for any dine-in experience.
? Poorly Managed Food Service: Although I was informed of a 30-minute delay for the main dish (a full chicken), I ordered chicken wings as a quick starter. However, both dishes arrived together ? completely defeating the point of ordering a starter. When I raised the issue, the response was apathetic: ?If you want, we can make it now.?
? Lack of Trained Staff: The team seemed either understaffed or inadequately trained. There was no sense of urgency, attention, or basic customer service standards.
? Broken Ordering Experience: The QR codes on the table were torn and unusable. Rather than assisting, the staff simply asked me to order ?from the table? without offering a workaround or replacement ? a frustrating and dismissive response.
Overall, it felt like the team was overwhelmed or disengaged. Nando?s is known for its consistency and service, but this branch is clearly falling short. Hope management takes note and makes improvements.

Went to nandoes in Hammersmith, served by the manager at the till who was rude and impolite. The kitchen staff were amazing as always.
