This Nando’s is clean, the menu looks new, and the food was good. However, one waitress had a terrible attitude—while cleaning a table, she sprayed cleaning solution all over my arm and didn’t even bother to apologize.☹️

Worst Nandos experience ever. Come here if you want slow service, cold food and staff arguing with customers at the front. Then a manager who doesn't care!

We brought our student group to Nando’s Hammersmith, and the experience was fantastic! The restaurant kindly arranged the entire area for us, which gave the students plenty of space and a comfortable dining environment.
