Possibly one of the worst pharmacies in London. People on their mobile, not even looking up. Not a single person in sight at the pharmacy or outside waiting and it?s a standard ?15 min wait?. They?re busy doing nothing. This is a hospital pharmacy! Get working or ask for additional staff, and perhaps start with getting off your phone. Doubt that?s what you?re paid for!

I would happily give -5 stars if I could. The average waiting time is 1 hour to queue to collect your medication. If you attempt to call them beforehand to ask whether the prescription is ready no one picks it up. That?s an incredible waste of taxpayers? money and it?s such a shame representing the hospital experience

Very unprofessional and rude people, they say there will be 15 minutes waiting time but its been 45 minutes already and there is no sign of my medication . I can hear staff laughing and chatting behind there must be 5/6 people, i suppose they are not even working. This is not even busy time only 3 customers are waiting for their prescription. This is so pathetic to force the patients to wait that long. Stop treating us like slaves you f big pharmas and their monopoly

Very un-professional with ealdry . Give me expired medication. When ask her to changed to longer date She tell me . The GB need changing to longer dates. I ask her I will come back in four weeks when you have delivery. She refused. I ask her to give the paperwork taken to another Lloyds pharmacy she refused that as well. She taken the eye drop and given nothing.

I was surprised to find that the woman behind the counter lacked knowledge of basic pharmaceutical remedies, and her indifferent attitude made it clear she was not a pharmacist. The pharmacy had very little stock on display. It was disappointing to see such a poorly managed pharmacy within a hospital of this size.

Worst pharmacy ever. Once you're here. Expect a long wait times. Staff doesn't care at all and they keep talkimg to each other

Their shelves were almost empty. They don?t even stock basic medicines like ibuprofen. What?s the point?

Counter staff are rude, unhelpful & lathargic.
Wait times are unbelivably long.
Sadly NOT a one off experience - we have received the same 'service' every month for over a year without the option of taking prescriptions elsewhere.
Counter staff were unwilling - or maybe unable to share LLoyds Phamacy's complaint procedure, advising us to ''look it up online yourself.'' - Genius!
8/11/24 : Collection times have improved - 15/20 minutes is acceptable given the volume of customers.
Counter staff ... might not want to be there?

Terrible service. No point in putting a phone number, if they never pick up. And in the end they have pulled the plug so you can't even dial through. Horrible pharmacy. Never get your prescriptions from them

They should warn you about the waiting time, it's not what they said it was 20 to 50 minutes. Waiting in a hospital is not pleasant and they should let you know so you don't waste your time with them and go to your neighbourhood they need your money more.

The slowest pharmacy in the world. Staff often talking to each other and don?t acknowledge customers. Polite but not warm. Always feels really depressing to be here - and given it?s a hospital pharmacy and customers often have life changing medical conditions, some warmth would be appreciated.

Terrible service! After waiting 45 mins for a prescription, they tried to only give me 1/3 of what I was meant to collect, they said they didn?t have the rest, I explained that I had no more medication left, which would not be good, and then miraculously they had the medication, so they had it all along but basically couldn?t be bothered to sort it out, which is really bad! They still owe me another medication which they claim they didn?t have (which I don?t believe for a second) but I must wait for the phone call! I?m going to take this matter further for the fact they lied and tried to not give me medication that I need for everyday use.

Incompetent service. Gave me meds with someone else?s name and address on it after checking my details with me twice. No one answers the phone to discuss the issue and their head office fobbed me off.

@NHS, these guys are jokers wasting our time and living of public subsidies!
Guess that you can wait 1 hour? to at the end having only a few days of your 2 weeks prescription. But They didn?t forget to put an unnecessary tablet cuter and jar I m sure they charged a few pounds £ to the NHS.
No other choice to spend 2 hours and come back 2 days later?no apologies, or concern.
