three hours last week before Lloyds pharmacy could deliver my chemotherapy drugs to the ward. Such a waste of time for superb nurses having to keep checking why they hadnt arrived. this week - one and a half hours and still waiting. totally unacceptable

Possibly one of the worst pharmacies in London. People on their mobile, not even looking up. Not a single person in sight at the pharmacy or outside waiting and it’s a standard “15 min wait”. I would happily give -5 stars if I could. The average waiting time is 1 hour to queue to collect your medication. If you attempt to call them beforehand to ask whether the prescription is ready no one picks it up. That’s an incredible waste of taxpayers’ money and it’s such a shame representing the hospital experience
