The MOT was done quickly and smoothly. What really stayed with me was the gentleman who managed it ? calm, reassuring, and creating a trust that felt rare. I also noticed how he handled a difficult situation with another customer, keeping his composure and professionalism. That gave me even more confidence in the service.

The Hammersmith Kwik Fit branch is by far the best! The service was quick, efficient and hassle-free, and the customer service was absolutely impeccable. A huge thank you to Ahmed, who really made the whole experience special with his professionalism and friendliness. I?ll definitely be coming to this branch only from now on ? highly recommended!

If your car doesn't pass the MOT, they can't repair it, so you'll have to take it to another mechanic. It's best if they only deal with tires.

Thoroughly unimpressed by Kwik Fit Hammersmith/Goldhawk and 1/5 is incredibly generous.
I dropped my car off for its pre-booked MOT at 2:25pm on 16 Aug. I get a voicemail at 4:59pm telling me it had failed but on phoning back immediately to find out why the branch was shut. I phoned first thing the following morning and was told the exact work that needed to be be completed and I ok'd that immediately, with a guarantee it would be all done by Tuesday, 19 Aug.
On speaking with the team that day I was told work had not even begun but given absolutely no rationale as to what the delay was for and/or when (if?) the work would be done. It was only when I phoned them on Wednesday 20 Aug they told me that Kwik Fit couldn't repair the car... but didn't tell me what the problem was. It took them four and a half days to tell me that... but they even have done so if I didn't phone them!?
KWIK Fit? I really don't think so. Slow and Disinterested and Don't How to Fit would be far more appropriate a name. AVOID.

The customer service here is appalling. The reception staff are rude and miserable. No pleasant greeting or communication on wait times.

When I arrived there was a 2 hour wait. It was not until I checked with the person who checked me in a while later tht they checked to see if the required tyres were in stock, they were not and it was almost too late to order the ones needed. If I had waited 2 hours and rhen discovered they were not in stock I'm sure I would have not responded positively.When I left the tyre pressure were displayed on the screen. I was told they would go after a short while driving. They did not. I called, the chap was confused and I had to return the following day. He asked the mechanics to check tyre pressures which was unnecessary. I asked them to check the screen, it just needed to be reset, which they said should have been done before I left the day before.

First of all apprentice called Jos?e is amazing much better attitude and customer care than his supervisor. So overall Very bad customer service my battery was not delivered and fitting was rearranged twice due to staff shortages but they could have contacted me before just turning up and wasting a day of work. Very poor. . I have been going there for 10 year and that is it now they lost me as a customer. it went down hill for some reason for the past year.
