Always feel the collection is limited in this store

Poor service when there are lot of people in check out, staff prefer tiding clothes over helping customers on the empty till.
I came to recycle clothes and I asked the staff for help, she told me to wait in the super long queue and went back to her own work tiding up the shelf.

Love this H&M store it is so cleverly designed with loads of products you don't seem to find in other stores. They have beautiful women's, kids and mens clothing, accessories and shoes. Staff are busy but attentive. The store always looks immaculate. Take your time browsing you will find something you never knew you needed. Love the kitten heels too.

My daughter went to the shop, she bought 3 jumpers, 2 of them the tag was not removed. Needed to go back to the nearest shop miles away arrived there to hear I am sorry about that, i waste 2 hours of my time for someone not fully trained. That did not even offer as a good will £5 voucher. Sorry about that was the answer. Wasting people time.

Terrible customer service. Consistently disappointing. Employees aren?t unskilled in store knowledge. Rude and terrible representation

This branch is spacious and has a good mix of casualwear and smartwear for women. But the menswear is very limited and seems to only cater for one type of bloke. It's trying too hard to be trendy and avant garde in places, but lacking in basic items and "normal" fits.
It's good to see that the really vile female staff member who was aggressively rude to customers for years (the one with big puffy hair and Deirdre Barlow glasses) has finally gone. The current staff are friendlier but the customer service is ridiculously slow. Nine times out of ten, there will be one staff member at the till while the four self-service machines are mostly always closed. What's the point in having them, especially if you're not going to let customers use them during really busy peak hours? On the odd occasion where the self-service has been open, a staff member will approach customers and try to make them sign up to the H&M membership card, even when you don't want one. When they're not doing that, they then try helping you with packing your bag. This is really annoying. I know it's not the staff member's fault as they're obviously pushed to do this, but why bother having a self-service if you're not going to leave customers in peace to actually use the machine. Clue is in the name: "self service".

Very limited men's clothing range and what is there is dedicated to slim/skinny pointless stuff.

Really poor service in the Hammersmith H&M - went in today to the men?s department which was empty except for me and the shop assistant really made me feel like a bother to him when I asked about jeans - and then told me to go to TK Maxx we cause they sell jeans !! Bizarre experience!

Probably the worst h&m for men's clothes I've been in... if you're looking for any sort of trousers in anything but length 32, don't waste your time

I was surprised to find this branch of H&M tucked away in a corner of busy Hammersmith.
I had to go and have a look and it was a lovely large store with clothing and beauty. However the collection was very poor and limited.
There were hardly any bags or shoes and the displays were so sparse. I was so disappointed as I couldn?t find anything and left without buying anything.
I personally wouldn?t go again as I doubt I will find anything, it?s a shame as it?s a really lovely store.

The fitting room staff must have had a bad day. My suggestion to the store manager, you should put up a sign saying customers can go ahead to any available fitting cube. So,we know we can step in instead of having your staff ignoring us the customers who are standing in the line and not sure if we have to check in with them or not....
I was behind a lady customer who is I front of me. Until she had enough and asking the staff " Can I go in? Or do I need to check in with you?" Still, that staff is not hearing. So, I told the lady to just go in, ignore her(the staff).
I hope THAT staff is feeling better and happier because she needs to have that quality to be in the service industries. I live nearby and I go Livat everyday and I shop at H&M often. I'll go in again to check on her in the next few days ?. They should learn from Primark staff about service.
