Guy at the desk got funny with me for picking up a can of paint from the display near to the door and asking him if he had the same paint in a smaller can. He was upset I didn't come straight to the desk to ask him instead of looking at the display.
Why have a display if you're not meant to look at it? Lol

Over the past few days I've spent quite a lot of time either in the Hammersmith Branch or on the phone to them, both for work projects and also home DIY bits.
They are a great team, who communicate well, and seem to be having a good time whilst delivering a great service to their customers. Rob was particuarly kind, chatty and accomodating, and that goes a long way. Definitely my branch of choice, and a very happy customer.

Always fantastic service at Dulux Decorator Centre Hammersmith.
They are friendly, professional, tolerant I had Rob make up about 10 different shades of pink paints. Rob is an absolute star an asset to the team, always so helpful, kind and empathetic - his professionalism is second to none and really has the patience of a Saint. I won't shop anywhere else because of this service. Very reasonably price and a fabulous range of products. Thank you team ??

Lovely local backstreet decorating centre in Hammersmith surprisingly even open on a Bank Holiday. Knowledgeable staff able to help us choose which paint to buy for different surfaces!

Appalling, I've called 4 times.- One no answer- Three times cut off - one of which I was passed over from colleague to colleague then put on hold to be cut off.Shocking, only reason to use this store is if you have no choice in terms of location.
