Not only is the coffee not great but Kabita's customer service was awful. Doesn't tell us that the payment didn't go through until 10min later when all the coffees were made and asks us to pay again. Couldn't get any proof. What a lack of professionalism.

Thurs 15th Aug '2024: I had a 'Blueberry Bubble Frappe' and it was Delicious. I most certainly would recommend.
The bubbles, the cream and the taste was devine.

Grabbed a seasonal drink only a week or two ago and the woman who prepared my drink made it look genuinely nice and aesthetic like any seasonal drink should be made to look like. In other costas they treat seasonal drinks like any other and don't put effort into how it looks although they should because this is supposed to be a special drink and it's extra pricey too. Even at this branch another person who made it before didn't make it look nearly as good as the one you see in the picture, for that reason I'm only giving 4 stars. But thank you so much to that woman, I don't know your name, but I feel like I finally got what I paid for.

Costa Hammersmith- please hire staff who at least look awake and want to serve customers. I went today and asked for "extra hot chai latte" - got luke warm and then got told "we don't have cinnamon" then "we don't have cup holders use a napkin" from a very disgruntled and sleepy staff. Maybe train them that the day will go lot faster if they pretend they want to be there.

At hammersmith station, Imust say that the coffee I have had at this particular branch surpasses all others so far. The reason for this distinction lies in the expertise of Zaine, who consistently prepares the best coffee with precise temperature control. Moreover, his amiable demeanor adds to the overall experience. Consequently, I am inclined to rate him with a commendable nine stars.
