Good prices, they also have alot of wide foot shoes. They have trainers to flip flops and everything in between.

Visited the shop to purchase a new pair, and their men's selection was overshadowed by the women's... the variety and choice were not comparable.
I was helped by the nice staff, one by the name of Valbona and a colleague of her. Both were professional and polite and very patient with me as I picked 4 different styles and needed to try them all in 2 different sizes.
Overall, it was a very pleasant experience and would definitely go back.

On a recent visit to Clarks Hammersmith, I was very disappointed by the way my request to try on a pair of shoes was handled. I found a lovely pair, but unfortunately, my size wasn't in stock. To my surprise, the staff informed me that trying on my size which wasn?t in stock required a pre-purchase. This felt strange and I was very hesitant, especially since I needed the shoes for a holiday just four days away.
Despite assurances from staff that the shoes would arrive in 2 days, before my holiday, they weren't delivered to the store. My frustration grew when I was told I needed to contact customer service myself for a refund and they couldn?t cancel the order, neither issue a refund in the shop. This felt like an unnecessary burden, after all I was hoping for a quick and straightforward in-store purchase, not the complexities of an online transaction.
The manager's response to my disappointment and frustration was outright rude and insulting. Her lack of empathy and customer service skills only compounded the issue. This person should not be working in a customer-facing environment!
This experience has definitely tarnished my perception of Clarks. Their policy of requiring pre-purchase for trying on a different size if it?s not in stock, coupled with the delivery mishap and poor customer service just lost them one of their regulars. I will never ever return to this shop nor any other Clarks store!

Valbonna (sorry about the spelling) was absolutely fantastic at helping me find some suit shoes that fit properly - she made sure they were too tight and helped me with a couple of different options! Would highly recommend this store for the staff and the price was reasonable during the sales!

Excellent shopping experience at Clarks Hammersmith today. Served by sales assistant 22 Tabbishe (as per the receipt) and was delighted with his helpfulness. Thumbs up.

The manager did not want to help with an online order that came faulty. They told me to call Customer Service, gave me an invalid number (!!) for it, and when I came back to say it was invalid they told me to look it up on Google myself. I reported it to Customer Service and the poor guy was in shock. Avoid it.
