The manager did not want to help with an online order that came faulty. They told me to call Customer Service, gave me an invalid number (!!) for it, and when I came back to say it was invalid they told me to look it up on Google myself. I reported it to Customer Service and the poor guy was in shock. Avoid it.

A huge thank you to the Store Manager of the King's Mall Clarks Shop, i bought a working shoes at Clarks store in Central London Store, unfortunately as I stand for very long hours they were not so comfortable and were hurting my feets really bad, I then decide to buy a second pair of shoes at Clarks Hammersmith, and the Manager kidness was shocking, he offered to change my shoes even if I used them for a couple of shift for a new pair of shoes that could suit my feets better, he really helped me a lot, and even help me to save money on an extra pair of shoes, he was really kind and helpful and I appreciate him so much. Thank you Sir for all your help and for your great costumer service! I think the name of the gentleman is Kane, anyway the manager on duty 6/10/2021, he deserves all my compliments.

The manager who I believe is KANE, does not know how to communicate effectively with the staff and is verbally abusive. I went to buy shoes for my son with my friend and I overheard him being disrespectful to one of his staff members. I was utterly appalled and will be contacting higher offices to ensure this man never is allowed to speak to his staff in that manner. Especially since the other staff are so polite and helpful , there is no reason for him to be so rude. NEVER shopping here again! He needs to get fired ASAP

The staff is lovely but the manager was very disrespectful to his team. The communication and language used was appalling and he most definitely made his staff uncomfortable especially the female staff. I believe from his name badge that his name was Kane.
