Just bought a large mocha coffee and when I get to office I notice it feels light, when I open I find it half full, literally HALF!! Please tell me why this is so????

This has happened multiple times. I ask for less milk or more ice cubes, but they never get it right. When they hand it off, there is barely one sad ice cube left melting in the cup. Clearly there were more, but they have already melted. By the time I take a sip, it is watery and bland. The quality just is not there.

Great coffee, but there is no air conditioning. I went during the June heatwave and was melting a little. Other than that, it's a nice coffee shop to read in.

I requested for a large coconut latte. Wet and warm and I made sure I was clear and the Asian looking lady behind the counter confirmed. I received a HOT and Frotty instead. Absolutely ruined my day

Excellent quality cappuccino, with the Tommaso Muzzi panettoncino, always makes for a lovely Italian breakfast. The place is very quiet, with plenty of seating, a beautiful atmosphere with classical music, and nice photographs on the walls that evoke the history of black coffee. There are two separate rooms and free Wi-Fi, making it great for studying or meetings. The staff is kind and welcoming. The restroom is very clean with a baby changing station, but unfortunately, two steps prevent wheelchair access. Highly recommended.

The new trainee in the cafe, who?s been working there for almost two months now, still doesn?t know how to make coffee. Instead she?s asking me that how we can make frappe latte, which I?ve no idea about. You guys should not be leaving trainees alone if they still don?t know how to make coffees

I have came to this exact location a few times but never have I experienced any customer service like Aseya has given, she is so wonderful and gives a very warm vibe and absolutely wonderful. She has served me twice and is always amazing.
