Just bought a large mocha coffee and when I get to office I notice it feels light, when I open I find it half full, literally HALF!! Please tell me why this is so????

This has happened multiple times. I ask for less milk or more ice cubes, but they never get it right. When they hand it off, there is barely one sad ice cube left melting in the cup. Clearly there were more, but they have already melted. By the time I take a sip, it is watery and bland. The quality just is not there.

Nice cafe! Nice costumer service. Asian looking guy made a perfect coffee with cute latte art. He made my day. Thanks! Also AC was so cold and nice.
