An inexperienced trainee who clearly didn't fully understand English was left to fend for herself with no supervision, and ultimately ended up messing up my order. She was at fault but it seems that this situation could have been avoided with more effective management and recruitment.
I asked for no cream. She said ok. She even input no cream in the till... Luckily I caught on that she'd actually put cream in my drink before my second sip to avoid the inevitable issues this would have caused for me.
Customers usually minus or swap out ingredients for very good reason and staff failing to account for this will lead to medical issues of varying severity. There needs to be a base level of competency to avoid this.

I got tea and the guy serving me was very Friendly.. I sat near the counter and him and his colleague were Friendly with everyone that came in so I liked the service at this branch

Went to this branch New Year's Day... female barista short and dark hair in ponytail. Very abrupt and moody. Rushing me to order and rushing me to leave the shop so her friend can take the table. This is the worst Nero In Hammersmith. If they aren't moody then the drunk you order will be wrong. Dave your time and go elsewhere.

I came and asked for regular cappuccino he charged me 4.25£ and a 6.25£ for a chai latte .when I ordered a cookie I found a hear in it we asked for refund money he said ok but he didn?t!!! It?s fraud for charging too much

Friendly and efficient service and genuinely grateful for my £1 frappe fix through EE+ Rewards. Really nice comfy seating with great big windows at the back as well as front.
