I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your branch today. I went there intending to have my car washed, but the staff member I spoke to was unable to clearly explain the available offer to me.
When I mentioned that I didn?t understand what he was saying, he responded by asking me, ?Do you speak proper English, yeah?? This comment was highly disrespectful and completely inappropriate.
I do not expect to be spoken to in such a condescending manner, and my language skills have nothing to do with the quality of service that should be provided. Instead of focusing on delivering good customer service, the staff member chose to make an unnecessary and offensive remark.
I kindly request that this matter be investigated and appropriate action taken to ensure no other customer is treated in this way. I look forward to your response.

Beware of going there for anything else than petrol or you will get a parking fine. The limit is 30 mins. Best of luck.

This place is a SCAM! They offer food shopping, fuel, car wash etc. but only give you 30 minutes to do any of those things!? This is my 2nd time now receiving a fine, after spending thousands of pounds over the years at this location. I appealed my 2nd fine which they declined, even though I have receipt proof of my visit there! I can't imagine the amount of people that do not contest and just pay the fine. Sounds like a scam to me, they should be investigated. Will not be coming here ever again.

Are 30 minute parking restrictions common in BP stations within London? My car wash, air refill and petrol refill exceeded 30 minutes in duration and as a result I received a PCN.
It feels rather harsh. I was only parked in this BP while using their facilities (not to mention, at a cost). Despite the car wash being worth queuing for, the PCN certainly wasn?t!

Came here on the 3rd of may to wash my car.had to wait for some time .as a customer was clearly using several code at the jet wash and double/triple wash his car.just received 100 pound penalty charge for 62 minutes parking----SHAMEFULL----

April 6th: Came to use the car wash, only one of which was working. Waited for more than one hour to use the car wash and have now received a parking fine from Met Parking Services (£100) for exceeding the 30 minute limit. Absolutely shocking and one way to deter customers from using the services. If I could give a zero star rating, I would.

I came here on 9th april hoping to give my children a car wash machine experience only to my knowledge a week later i have recieved a £100 fine !!!! This is outragous and i think you have to be shut down it is day light robbery !!! I have already emailed to appeal you should be doing more as a company absolutley appauling .

Having used this station for years on my motorcycle with no problems, I was today refused service unless I took my helmet off. The station has the met police parked there continuously - so what?s the problem. Will avoid in the future and take my business elsewhere.

Paid for petrol, checked tyres, paid for full car wash, had 78min wait because only one car wash was working - HAVE NOW RECEIVED PARKING TICKET FOR BEING THERE TOO LONG!!!!!! FOR FUCKS SAKE - SORT THIS OUT - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
