The shop alarm is doing everyone's head in. The shop itself is normal. However. As soon as it hits 10:30pm the shop alarm goes off and it stays on ALL night until the shop re opens at 7am. This keeps us up at night. No matter what I do, we hear it from all angles in the house. I've had people from other blocks knock of my door late at night to ask if it's me. Putting me and my family in danger. I've complained many times about this alarm. It's driving us insane. Something needs to be sorted.

It?s the 3rd time that I try top up the electricity and one of the guys working in there refuses to top up my electricity, is always the same guy, dark skin looks like on his 40/50s , but the thing is that this time there was no issues with the machine to top up because when he refused do it I went out the shop and tried again after 5 min with someone else at the counter that helped me out topping up my electric, on the description of the coop on Google says that you?re there for topping up. But this guy don?t really enjoy doing it and I don?t understand why it?s so frustrating. I?ve Stopped coming for shopping at coop long time for this guy.

I live locally and shop here quite often and with family as well, and today I was Treated horribly Was disrespected and Discriminated against because of my age the Customer Service was horrible this man who Refused to give his name was black Bold and had a beard, I paid it went through, he said it didn?t go through I checked my account and it did, Instead of Checking he was like oh no, it?s pending and Cared about serving other customers refuse to give me the goods I paid so I asked nicely for a Manager knowing he is a Tough spot, he said there is no manager which I don?t believe anyways this man was really rude Shouldn?t be working, and i Check it again they have taken the money sooo I was charged twice for no reason

Coop is awful but this one is by far. They basically don?t have any product you can find in any tesco or Sainsbury?s. There?s always a queue for checkout and there is no self checkout machines. Not to mention how many times I found rotten and off foodstuffs. Only the staff are nice in this place

How can I go coop and I get a rubicon energy drink and this lady says I can?t get it after I told her my age and I showed it to her and in the past her colleagues and herself gave me the drink I don?t understand coop staffs are just not it.

They need a guard in this store , 75% of the time I see when I go in to the store people just stealing like crazy . I am not sure to call them customers or shoplifters . I feel bad as I am not able to help the staffs .This place has amazing colleagues I feel bad as sometimes they are helpless . They need a guard to bring these horrible people stealing from the store.

Too expensive and their is barley anything.and they have the carts in the middle, they look at you as if you were going to steal and they don't do anything to whoever steals.

Horrible security guard- I came in on Saturday evening to do some shopping, this man followed me from isle to isle and even stood over me while I was at the till. As a black women this was deeply hurtful, ive never stolen and would not begin now. (Asian male in his 30s)

Such rude customer service, I payed for my things through card and asked if it had gone through only for the guy to ignore me and stare down at his phone. I?ve worked in customer service and never seen such rude behaviour

I shop here quite often but they are getting like a lot of shops catering for hipsters and veggies.I wanted a pkt or a tin of chick peas it was £2-50.Some of the staff are nice but some have a few issues with being polite.
