I?ve had an excellent experience with this pharmacy. The staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. They take the time to explain medications clearly and make sure I feel confident about how to take them. Prescriptions are processed quickly, and I?ve never had to wait long.
What I really appreciate is the personal touch?whether it?s offering helpful advice, checking in on repeat prescriptions, or simply greeting me warmly when I walk in, it makes a big difference. The pharmacy is always clean, well-organized, and stocked with everything I need.
It?s rare to find such a reliable and supportive service these days, and I?m grateful to have them in my community. Highly recommended!

An excellent pharmacy. They are very efficient, quick and polite. The pharmacist Asma is very nice; I have had my flu injections here. They go out of their way to help people and gave me advice when my mother had a fall and had bruising on her face. They are the most helpful and efficient pharmacy I have dealt with since I moved to Hackney in 2015. Milen (sp?) front counter person is very helpful and polite. Thanks for your excellent customer service.

Go there regularly to pick up repeat prescriptions. Also get my vaccinations there. Staff are very friendly, unlike another branch I used to go to.

Excellent chemist/pharmacy. Excellent customer service. So pleased with the way they handled my situation. I get a text message once my orders ready which is so handy. Keeps me updated if needed. I had to leave bees pharmacy and come here due to bad experience with them.
