Staff at the branch are very helpful and efficient. The same can't be said about Vodafone customer services whom you have to call for on average up to an hour to resolve the same/similar issue

Sanny provided me with an excellent customer service when signing my broadband contract. He had some things to figure out after the mess Sky left me with.I came to the branch instead of signing online as I wanted to have the router delivered to the store instead of my home address (I am a single working person who isn?t at home most of the times) and everything was arranged to me without any problems.The only thing I?m a bit surprised about is the fact that Vodafone does not allow customers to call their branches. I wanted to call to check if router is physically delivered but wasn?t able to do that. Instead I had to call the main Vodafone service line and spend there almost an hour to resolve such an easy thing, quite weird.Summarise I am happy with my experience and hope to stay with Vodafone for some time.

I went into upgrade and get a new phone yesterday. The actual vodafone system was taking a while and ironically, is in need of an upgrade itself. However, I just wanted to leave a review for Sonny, who had incredible patience and helped me a lot. The system had a few glitches, and even though it took 1.5 hours, Sonny tried all different combinations and was just really patient and was able to sort me out with a new phone.

I find it rather inconvenient that while every other professional organisation remains open at lunch, either by rotating staff or taking lunch later, when the demand to use the shop is lower, Vodafone Hackney close the shop entirely, don?t bother to say what time lunch will finish in the, and proceed to have a nice leisurely lunch

The best customer service I have ever experience. I changed my mind to cancel my contract more than two times but Abz was so helpful and patient with my indecisive personality. Afterward I felt so guilty to waste his 1hour time for just phone. I was quite impressed by his loyalty to Vodafone. I am entirely sure, his contribution to company beyond expectations!!!

Went to collect a new phone at 5pm.and the shop was really quiet. Staff very friendly and helpful, got what I needed without waiting.

Unhelpful and unprofessional.Went and bought a sim card asked for a receipt I've been told the printer is not working and I could get the receipt emailed to me, waited but nothing came through in my email address so I refused to leave without receipt. Surprise Surprise the printer work fine without any issues.On the receipt the employee name is Mustafa Garasia but been served with a Chinese looking man not sure that was his name.
