Selling food and drink , there're accommodation with table and seats but NO ACCES TO BATHROOM , NOTHING TO KEEP CLEAN YOUR HANDS BEFOR AND AFTER EAT & DRINK.

I don't really write reviews for a subway, but coming here I had to because of the staff working there. Really informative and friendly about everything, but its their patience what stands out and Dalston is known for their quirky characters and they manage them with a smile and ease.

Good was fresh and made quickly.
The staff was very helpful and kind.
I didn't know what to order and he helped me every step.
The place was clean and tidy.
Unfortunately there wasn't a toilet.

Don't listen to any of the reviews they are fake. This subway contains the most disrespectful people i have ever spoken to in my life. I went to collect an order today at 6:40-50pm and let?s just say i will not be returning. As soon as i went to collect the order the guy told me i couldn?t get a bag that comes with it because they don't have any left then I said well it would make sense to compensate me with a paper bag as that isn't my fault. This ?man? got repetitively defensive and said no i would have to pay for a paper bag. I left and said no worries after all it?s just a bag. I ordered a BMT and customised it because i don't like the original toppings on the BMT. Arrived home and the order he made was wrong it had sauce in it and i asked for none. So I went back into the store with my mum around 7:30 pm and this man was so disgusting and disrespectful to us to the point where i didn't even want the food anymore i told them i wanted a refund and they said i couldn?t get one. This man was trying to justify his actions saying he made what a BMT originally is even though i customised it and have the receipt of everything that is meant to be in it to my liking because i paid for it. My mum mentioned that he was very disrespectful to customers and that the older guy that works there is very nice. He then said ?This is not my dads shop, this is not my shop so i don't care how you feel?.
I will most definitely report this and take it to higher management because that behaviour was disgusting. As a paying customer i shouldn?t be treated like that SAVE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Excellent branch, staff are exceptionally friendly and kind. Food was fresh and tasty, the restaurant itself was sparkling clean and well presented.

Ordered a turkey breast subway salad yesterday and it was absolutely trash. Way less turkey breast in there and way less vegan cheese even though I paid an extra 50p to double it up, but they only added in 3/4 pieces ??
