Thrilled with every aspect of my visit to this Specsavers store! From when I walked in to collecting my glasses, Rali and her team were so helpful and polite. They were very welcoming, kept informed at every stage, explained what they were doing, helped me to choose my glasses and made them in good time. They were equally accommodating after I had purchased the glasses to ensure they were suitable for me and fitted correctly.The service received cannot be faulted and I can highly recommend this store!Keep up the outstanding work!!

I cannot praise enough the outstanding professionalism and courtesy of the staff like Gulten and Juanella (as a heads-up: if you have a problem, ask to see either of these ladies because they will go over and beyond to try and resolve your issues). I use to attend another local Specsavers for many years but I have switched to the Hackney Branch because of the excellent service I receive at this store from the frontline staff as well as the opticians. What also impresses me is that the shop is often stocked up on highly popular eyecare accessories such as Hydoscan eye drops, glass lens cleaners etc. In addition to this, my daughter is on the autistic spectrum and I observed the patience and care a particular member of staff treated my daughter. Keep up the good work Specsavers Hackney!!!

Worst place ever took me from 9am this morning till half pat 1 this afternoon for them to answer the phone was told my glasses would be ready for collection within a week a week is now up and they ate still not ready the person I spoke leot telling me that it takes a week for the glasses to be ready I kept telling jer it's been a week jut she wouldn't listen so I'll be going in store and demanding a refund and using somewhere else if you don't want the stress of having to argue with them to be listened to I'd definitely avoid this opticians

Needed new lightweight varifocal spectacles for running & for life and Specsavers did a great job! They are light as air & work perfectly. Very happy.

I collected new glasses. The assistant adjusted them without checking with me and made them uncomfortable and lopsided. I then had to ask them to change them back. In the process the new frames got dented. Also the new frames have a glue spill on them where the hinge is attached. The logo on the side is also scratched. They are designer lenses. I left the store because I found the patronising way I was being spoken to stressful. The assistant constantly interrupted me when I was trying to explain how the frames were uncomfortable. They listened to the voice in their head rather than to what I was actually saying. It?s an unacceptable way to treat people. I was not rude. I didn?t have time to wait for replacement frames so I just left.
