Your ATMs both in and out the branch DO NOT accept deposits and its been like this for over a month. Why on earth would I want to queue for hours for something so simple that can be sorted at the machine. Get them fixed already

If I could have given zero stars that would be to much got to be the most unhelpful santander I've ever walked in to all staff and manager needs to be sent on a customer service course because they really don't have a clue a what so ever kind regards

Now closed at 3pm so very inconveniencing. Plus the ATM rarely accepts cheques. Santander really need to add this function to their mobile banking! Now considering using a different bank!

Fast and quick service. The moment I walked in a member of staff asked me if I needed anything, and I was directed to the machine to deposit my old £20 notes. Worked flawlessly, a very satisfied customer!

Absolutely awful customer service, service always down from phone asked to go to any branch fill application form and return to them apparently you need an appt. account has been opened just the need to verify I.D and fill application to send to account team. Very disappointed yesterday too server was down horrific queues lack of customer services

Had been 'booked' an appointment via the Santander call centre which turned out not to have actually been booked.Lady at the front help desk was very helpful in making sure we would still get seen to for what the original appointment was meant to have been for.Was seen by Hani who was extremely polite, friendly and a very helpful to us.He spent time with us and answered all our questions as well as going the extra mile to explain a few things we had not thought of.

To be fair to the staff they do their best in a bad situation and have to deal with difficult customers unlike other areas.It's the customers that are slow and are not being told of the queue behind them as it isn't Santander's 'way' to tell them to hurry up and go now that you have been served.
