Made the mistake of going here on a Saturday evening where the staff were shouting across the floor to each other and chatting providing absolutely no attention to customers. Pretty shocking.

Management lied and said they do no refund or exchange in store but its clearly written on the back of the receipt that they do. Management obviously have no idea how to treat customers.

12-11-2024 ,between 13:10 to 13:25 pm, a section close to where pillows,duvets are, I asked her where is the towels, she was just gossiping with someone there and seems not interested to service customer with a smiley face . With a grumpy face She answered we don't sell towels. Surely you wouldn't dare to ask 2nd question

This Primark Ebbs and flows.. but use of manners to the staff and customers is an original must. If you do not have manners.. find somewhere which will tolerate your unique behaviour.
